Steam bath

Hot steam has a beneficial effect on health. Steam baths in the bathhouse cleanse the body of waste products and toxins, moisturize and smooth the skin, inhale the respiratory tract and increase immunity.
What are the conditions like in the steam room?
The temperature ranges from 40 to 55 degrees Celsius, and the humidity level reaches 100 per-cent. This makes the feeling of heat even higher, but the temperature is not so high that it could threaten the health of people staying in the bath.
Unlike a sauna, this is why you can use a steam bath every day.
The primary purpose of taking a bath in a steam bath is to improve the condition of your skin. Steam perfectly cleanses pores, and increased sweating accelerates the removal of toxins and unnecessary metabolic products from the body, including heavy metals.
