1. The Wellness Zone, hereinafter referred to as SW, is not a public or publicly accessible room but a private one intended for Pavco Hotel customers - hereinafter referred toas Guests.
2. SW is monitored continuously by cameras. The image from the camera is recorded.
3. In SW you must wear a swimsuit. Bathrobes are permitted.
4. In SW, it is obligatory to maintain order, cleanliness and peace.
5. Guests staying at SW are obliged to followthe instructionsand submit to the decisions of the Hotel staff.
6. In the SW area, i.e.the sauna, bathhouse, SPA bathtub, loungearea and locker rooms - a maximum of 8 people may stay simultaneously, regardlessof age.
7. SW is available to guests only during the hours indicated on the board at the entrance.
8. For the safety of people, SW is intendedfor adults. SW is not available to minor children and persons under 16 years of age.lndividual entry and stay in SW is prohibited forpersons under 16.
9. Each person staying in SW is personallyresponsible for their own safety and order and not posing a threat to other people.Adults use SW at their own risk.
10. Before entering the sauna, bathhouse, or SPA bathtub, guests must thoroughly wash their entire body under the shower using cleaning agents. They must alsowash their entirebody again if they use the toiletwhite staying at SW.
11. Guests at SW are not allowed to cause situations that threatentheir own safety or the safetyof other people, and in particular, they are not allowed to:

a) run b) jump c)make noise d) push or push other people into the SPA bathtub e) immerse people in the bathtub f) destroy devices, equipment and furnishings g) litter and makedirt h) takecare of your physiological needs outside the toilet i) bringyour own equipment and use it j) stay in the bathhouse, sauna, or SPA bathtub wearing glasses or contact lenses k) bring in toys.

12. You are not allowedto bring food, drinks or stimulants into SW. Glass, porcelain, and breakable items with sharpedges are not allowed.

13. It is forbidden to enter SW guests: a) whose condition indicates the consumption of alcohol, drugs or intoxicants; b) with open wounds, external signs of skin diseases, infectious diseases;suffering from respiratory diseases (rhinitis, cough), allergic to disinfectants, with diseases of the excretory system; c) who pose a danger through their behaviouror constitute a threat to other people and the environment; d) any animals.
14. Hotel Pavco is not responsible for guests belongings in SW, as a place to which all guests have access.
15. Personsviolating the provisions of these regulations leave the SW at the staff's first request and are prohibited from re-entering, regardless of whether Hotel Pavco may refer the case to court.
16. The hotel staff may close the SW at any time.All personsusingthe SW must leave the SW immediately.
