Admission conditions

 

  1. The basic condition for accepting a pet at Hotel Pavco**** (hereinafter also referred to as: the facility) is to report the arrival of the guest with an animal when booking a stay at the facility and for the facility to express its consent. Hotel Pavco**** will inform the guest within 3 days of making the reservation whether there are rooms/apartments in which animals can stay available on the date indicated by the guest and whether the facility consents to accepting the animal.
  2. When making a reservation, the guest is obliged to provide the species/breed of the animal. The facility may refuse to accept an animal belonging to species/breeds generally considered dangerous or aggressive, in particular those specified in the regulation of the minister of internal affairs and administration of april 28, 2003 on the list of dog breeds considered aggressive, i.e.: american pit bull terrier, akbash dog, anatolian karabash, american bulldog, argentinean dog, moscow guard dog, caucasian shepherd dog, majorca - perro de presa mallorguin, canary dog - perro de presa canario, rottweiler, tosa inu.
  3. An animal's stay at the facility is only possible for healthy animals, after the animal's owner presents the animal's health booklet confirming current anti-rabies vaccinations and deworming.
  4. For the safety of guests, animals staying outside the room/apartment should be kept on a leash and with a muzzle (in the case of dogs), in a cage or terrarium - depending on the animal species.
  5. The fee for an animal's stay on the premises is pln 50 per day. The hotel charges a deposit for a stay with an animal in the amount determined by: price list.
  6. Failure to report the stay of a pet at Hotel Pavco**** will result in the hotel imposing a financial penalty of pln 500 on the guest.
Conditions for animal stay on the facility
  1. An animal staying on the premises cannot disturb other guests. Pet owners are obliged to ensure that their animals maintain silence in the facility and do not disturb other guests.
  2. Places where animals can come inside the facility are: a room/apartment and ilpavone restaurant, as long as it does not disturb other guests. Apart from the places mentioned above, the animal cannot stay inside the facility, in places related to catering, in the Wellness zone, in the corridors, in the relaxation area in the lobby, in the conference rooms of the facility, i.e. the Club room, the Konrad room and the Constance room.
  3. Restrictions referred to in point 2 no this does not apply to guide dogs.
  4. The owner of the animal is obliged to provide it with a bed in the room/apartment.
  5. For safety reasons, rooms and apartments where animals will stay will be cleaned only when the animal is absent or when its owner is in the room. The owner of the animal should agree on the cleaning hours of the room or apartment with the facility's staff.
  6. Dogs may be taken out of the room/apartment only on a leash and with a muzzle, under the care of the owner or an authorized person. No animal may stay outside the room/apartment without the supervision of the owner or an authorized person.
  7. If the facility finds (in particular as a result of complaints from other guests of the facility) that an animal left in a room/apartment disturbs the stay of other guests, destroys the property of the facility, or may cause a threat to itself or other guests, the facility will try to contact the owner of the animal in order to solve the problem. If contact is impossible, the facility's staff may enter the room/apartment where the animal is staying, also with the help of appropriate services, and remove the animal from the facility.
  8. The owner of the animal may be charged with any costs resulting from the above activities.
Hygiene, cleanliness. Responsibility
  1. The owner of the animal is responsible for keeping the animal clean: in the room and apartment, public areas, as well as in the area surrounding the facility.
  2. Animal owners are obliged to clean up waste left by animals on the premises and in the vicinity of the facility.
  3. Animals in the room/apartment should not stay on beds, sofas, chairs or other elements of the facility's equipment.
  4. The owner of the animal is financially liable for any damage and pollution caused by his animal and is obliged to cover the costs of any damage, in accordance with the principles set out in generally applicable law.
  5. To the extent not regulated in these regulations, the hotel regulations or apartment regulations apply.
