Privacy and Cookie Policy

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of services offered by the Hotel Pavco website (hereinafter: the "Service").

The data controller of the personal data contained in the Service is FutureInvest Sp. z o.o., registered at ul. Poznańska 21/48, 00-685 Warsaw, entered into the register of entrepreneurs under KRS number 0001055694, with NIP: 7011162448 (hereinafter: the "Administrator").

To ensure the security of entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations in accordance with legal acts governing data protection, particularly Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

a) processed lawfully;
b) collected for specific, legitimate purposes and not processed further in a way that is incompatible with those purposes;
c) factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;

Personal data is processed based on the user’s consent or in cases where legal regulations authorize the Administrator to process such data.

b) Handling reservations made through the online booking system;

d) Marketing purposes, including sending commercial information to the user’s email address—only if the user has given consent during the reservation or when submitting an inquiry via the contact form. This consent can be revoked at any time by submitting a request to the Administrator’s email address;
e) Legitimate interests of the Administrator, in particular debt collection or video surveillance on the premises, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

  • Entities providing services to the Administrator, such as legal, IT, marketing, and accounting services, as well as other entities involved in fulfilling the ordered service.
