Introduction
Regulations applicable to all hotel guests

Legal basis: Art. 44.3. Act of August 29, 1997 on hotel services and tour guide services

and tourist guides (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 884; as amended; Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2211)

The services are provided in accordance with the type and category of the hotel facility, the requirements included in Annex No. 1 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of August 19, 2004 (as amended), Journal of Laws of November 24, 2017, item 2166

Definitions. Guest – a person registered to stay at the hotel in accordance with §3 point. 1 and 2. Hotel – Hotel Pavco.

§1
The subject of the regulation
  1. These regulations specify the rules applicable at the Pavco Hotel in Gorzów Wielkopolski 66-400, Targowa Street No. 2 - hereinafter referred to as the Hotel, and apply to all persons staying at the Hotel..
  2. The Regulations are publicly available on the website: https://www.hotel-pavco.pl and can be viewed at the Reception Desk.
  3. The hotel will refuse to provide services that are not subject to the obligation to comply with the regulations.
§2
The hotel day
  1. A room in the hotel is rented for hotel days. Only as part of the stay package, a room in the hotel can be rented for several days, depending on the hotel.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 11:00 a.m. the next day.
  3. When renting a room, the Guest is obliged to specify the duration of stay at the hotel. In the absence of such a term, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one hotel day.
  4. The Guest is obliged to report the willingness to extend the stay in the room at the Hotel reception desk by 9:00 a.m. on the day on which the room rental expires, which, however, does not bind the Hotel.
  5. In the event of the Guest staying or leaving their belongings in the rented room after the end of the hotel day ending the room rental time - the Hotel may charge the Guest with a fee in the amount of the full price of the room according to the Reception Price List - which does not mean that the Guest's stay in the room is extended.
  6. If it is not possible to extend the Guest's room lease - immediately after the end of the hotel day, the Hotel staff will remove the Guest's belongings in the room. Storage of the Guest's belongings is regulated by §6 point 3.
§3
Registration for hotel stay
  1. The basis for registration for a stay at the Hotel is jointly:
    a) showing an identity document to the Reception Desk employee in a way that allows you to write down the data ,
    b) legibly filling in and signing the Guest Card.
  2. A person registering for a stay at the Hotel is obliged to provide the Reception Desk with the number of people who will stay in the room(s) rented by them, including the number and age of children, as well as the fact of the presence of animals.
  3. The hotel charges payment for the rented room in advance, before the start of the stay. The person renting the room is obliged to pay the fee in advance. In circumstances justified by the interest of the Hotel, the Hotel may waive the payment in advance.
  4. In order to use the so-called hotel loan, granted by the Hotel for the duration of the stay, the Guest is obliged to secure the loan at the Reception: by pre-authorizing a payment card or making a cash deposit - up to the amount due for the stay.
  5. The Hotel may demand that the person renting the room submit a deposit - as security for any claims of the Hotel against the lessor.
§4
To rent-a-room refusal

 

  1. The hotel will refuse to rent a room to a person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, behaving contrary to the principles of social coexistence, showing verbal or physical aggression. And also to a person who violated these Regulations during their previous stay.
  2. The hotel will refuse to accept a person who refuses:
  • Fulfilling the obligations specified in §3 points 2 and 3.
  • Deposit submission security
  1. The Hotel will refuse to accept a minor for a stay without the written consent of their legal guardians to stay independently at the Hotel, granted on the template of a statement from the Hotel or notarized.
  2. As a result of refusal of admission to the stay - the Hotel will not register the person and will not issue the key to the room.
  3. In the case of a paid stay - refusal to undergo the activities described in §3 points 1 to 3 of the Regulations by the person renting the room is treated as a unilateral withdrawal of the person from the contract with the Hotel. The hotel does not reimburse the costs of unilateral withdrawal from the contract.
§5
The hotel stay
  1. Breakfasts are served in the breakfast room, in the form of a self-service buffet or served to the table by waiters - depending on the hotel. Serving breakfast to the room is additionally payable according to the Reception Pricelist.
  2. Quiet hours are in force in all rooms of the Hotel building and on the premises belonging to the hotel from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
  3. During the quiet hours, guests and persons using the Hotel's services are obliged to behave in such a way as not to disturb the night rest of other people in any way.                
  4. Around the clock, the behavior of Guests and other persons staying at the Hotel must not disturb the peace and rest of other Guests.
    The hotel may refuse to continue providing services to people who violate this rule.
  5. The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, also if the hotel day or stay for which the fee has not expired.
  6. Persons not registered for a stay at the Hotel can stay in hotel rooms from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  7. Staying in the room after 10:00 p.m. of a person who is not registered for stay is tantamount to the Guest's will to accommodate this person in the room for a fee, at a price equivalent to half of the room price.
  8. Minors who are over thirteen years of age may stay at the Hotel on their own only with the written consent of their legal guardians.
  9. Legal guardians are financially and legally responsible for damage caused by children under their care. ...
  10. When starting their stay, the Guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with the room equipment and report any damage and destruction to the Reception Desk, which will enable the Hotel to react. Damages, destructions, deficiencies not reported at the beginning of the stay will be treated as caused by the fault of the Guest.
  11. Apart from a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safety of use, it is forbidden to:

a) remove furniture, equipment and items constituting the Hotel's equipment from the building;
b) remove furniture, equipment and elements constituting the equipment of this room from the hotel room;

c)changing the place of furniture, appliances and furnishings both in the room and in common areas and spaces;
d) bringing in and unfolding any furniture, appliances, accessories in the room - which are not standard room equipment, in particular:

- travel beds and cots, mattresses, playpens for children, prams, bicycles, scooters and other sports, tourist or recreational equipment.

In the event of violation of the prohibition within the scope of the point:
- from a) to c) - The Guest will be charged with the cost incurred by the Hotel to restore the original state, using forces and means justified according to the Hotel;
- d)The Guest will be charged half of the standard room price for each commenced night in which the prohibition was violated.

  1. The need or willingness to change the arrangement of furniture in the room is required to be agreed with the Hotel reception.
  2. The Guest bears full financial and legal responsibility for any damage to the Hotel's equipment or technical devices caused by the Guest or their visitors.
  3. For damage caused by the Guest, the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest's payment card after his departure.
  4. The Guest is obliged to notify the Reception about the occurrence of damage immediately after noticing it.
  5. For smoking guests, the hotel provides a smoking room.
  6. Therefore: in all other rooms and spaces in the Hotel, including: windows, rooms and bathrooms - it is absolutely forbidden to smoke tobacco products, e-cigarettes and the like, if it is necessary to ventilate the room, do extra laundry, clean the equipment - the Hotel will add PLN 700 to the Guest's bill for these works.
  7. 18. In a situation where, as a result of the Guest's action or inaction, it is necessary to do above-standard cleaning of the room, bathroom or other space at the Hotel or on its premises, or to use non-standard tools, materials or cleaning products, the Hotel will charge the Guest with the costs of such cleaning.
  8. The hotel is housed in a historic building from 1887. The building has wooden elements of the ceiling and roof structure. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open fire in any form and devices that are not standard room equipment anywhere inside the building, except for chargers and power supplies for electronic equipment.
  9. The "Please do not disturb" tag is a courtesy and does not bind the Hotel. Hanging a "Please do not disturb" tag from the corridor does not result in the fact that no one from the staff will enter the Guest's room.
  10. The hotel staff have the right to enter the hotel room at any time, for any purpose, including to check the safety of persons or property or to carry out maintenance or repairs.
  11. When leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the TV, turn off the light, turn off the taps, close the windows and the door of the room and make sure that they are closed.
  12. The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of the Guest's belongings due to the Guest's failure to comply with the recommendations of point 19.
  13. The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought by the guest to the hotel is regulated by the provisions of Articles 846-849 of the Civil Code.
  14. The Hotel's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception. The hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items, in particular valuables and items of scientific or artistic value, if they pose a threat to safety or are of too high value in relation to the size or standard of the hotel or take up too much space.
  15. In the event of shortening the stay at the hotel by the Guest, the Hotel does not reimburse the costs due to unilateral withdrawal from the contract.
  16. The Guest's behaviour in selected spaces, zones and rooms is regulated by the order regulations of these places. These regulations are components of the Hotel's order regulations.
§6
Things left behind
  1. As for the belongings remaining in the room after the Guest leaves, the Hotel will behave in accordance with the Guest's will expressed
    in the Guest Card filled in when starting your stay at the Hotel.
  2. An item left in the room, which is subject to the Guest's decision - the provisions on lost and found items apply - may be sent by the Hotel to the address indicated by the Guest, at the Guest's expense.
  3. In relation to the Guest's belongings removed from the room pursuant to §2 point 6 of the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code articles 835-845 shall apply: storage agreement.
§7
Cars and Vehicles
  1. The hotel is not responsible for damage, loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest, parked in unguarded paid or free parking spaces next to the hotel building (Article 846 par. 4 of the Civil Code).
  2. The hotel is not responsible for items left in a car or other vehicle parked in the hotel car park.
§8
Final provisions
  1. On the days of special events at the Hotel and on the premises belonging to the Hotel – the Hotel reserves the right to limit the freedom of Guests to move and use the Hotel's offer – for the safety of the Hotel's Guests.
  2. The hotel does not provide foreign currency exchange services. The hotel can accept payment in a foreign currency, at the exchange rate and only in the currency shown in the table at the Reception.
  3. On the premises of the Hotel and belonging to the hotel – it is forbidden to:
    a) prohibition of acquisition, door-to-door and occasional sales,

b) gambling activities.

  1. The hotel accepts small dogs or cats in selected rooms for an additional fee. The hotel accepts pets for their stay in accordance with the Regulations of Stay of Animals available at the Reception and on the website.
  2. It is strictly forbidden to bring pets into the catering area of the hotel, with the exception of assistance dogs, upon presentation of the dog's certificate in case of doubt by the hotel staff.
  3. It is forbidden to bring into the Hotel: weapons, ammunition, flammable, pyrotechnic, explosive, illuminating and other dangerous materials.
  4. The "Price list of equipment and reproductions" is a supplement to these regulations and is available at the Hotel Reception on request.
