Legal basis: Art. 44.3. Act of August 29, 1997, on hotel services and the services of tour guides and tourist guides (Journal of Laws of 1997, No. 133, item 884; as amended; Journal of Laws of 2020, item 2211).
The services are provided per the type and category of the hotel facility, the requirements included in Annex No. 1 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of August 19, 2004 (as amended), Journal of Laws of November 24, 2017, item 2166
Definitions. Guest – a who is registered to stay at the hotel by §3 points. 1 and 2. Hotel – Hotel Pavco

§1 The subject of the regulation

  1. These regulations specify the rules applicable at the Pavco Hotel in Gorzów Wielkopolski, 66-400, Targowa Street No. 2 - from now on referred to as the Hotel, and apply to all persons staying there.
  2. The Regulations are publicly available on the website and can be viewed at the Reception Desk.
  3. The Hotel will refuse to provide services to persons who do not comply with these regulations.

§2 The hotel day

  1. A hotel room is rented for hotel days. Depending on the Hotel, it can be rented for several days only as part of a stay package.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 the next day.
  3. When renting a room, the Guest must specify the duration of his stay at the Hotel. If no such description is provided, it is assumed that the room was rented for one hotel day.
  4. The Guest is obliged to report the desire to extend their stay in the room at the hotel reception by 9:00 a.m. on the day the room rental deadline expires, which does not bind the Hotel.
  5. If the Guest stays or leaves items in the rented room after the end of the hotel day ending the room rental period - in that case, the Hotel may charge the Guest a fee in the amount of the total room price according to the Reception Price List - what does not mean extending the Guest's stay in the room.
  6. If the Guest's room rental cannot be extended, immediately after the end of the hotel day, the hotel staff will remove the Guest's belongings from the room. The storage of the Guest's belongings is regulated by §6 point 3.

§3 Registration for hotel stay

  1. The basis for registering for a stay at the Hotel is as follows:
    a) showing the Reception employee an ID document in a way that allows data to be recorded,
    b) legibly complete and sign the Guest Card.
  2. A person registering to stay at the Hotel must inform the Reception Desk about the number of people who will remain in the room/rooms they rent, including the number and age of children and the fact of staying with animals.
  3. The Hotel collects payment for the rented room in advance, before the start of the stay. The person renting the room is obliged to pay the fee in advance. In circumstances justified by the Hotel's interest, the Hotel may refrain from collecting payment in advance.
  4. If you want to use a hotel credit granted by the Hotel for the duration of your stay, the Guest is obliged to secure the loan at the Reception by pre-authorizing a payment card or making a cash deposit - up to the amount due for the stay.
  5. The Hotel may require the person renting the room to submit a deposit to secure any claims of the Hotel against the lessee.

§4 To rent-a-room refusal

  1. The Hotel will refuse a rent-a-room to a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving contrary to the principles of social coexistence, or showing verbal or physical aggression. As well as to a person who violated these Regulations during a previous stay.
  2. The Hotel will refuse to accept a person who refuses to:
    1. Fulfillment of the obligations specified in §3 points 2 and 3.
    2. Submit a cash security deposit
  3. The Hotel will refuse to admit a minor without the legal guardians' written consent to stay at the Hotel on their own, given in the form of a declaration from the Hotel or notarized.
  4. As a result of the refusal to accept the stay - the Hotel will not register the person and will not issue the room key.
  5. In the case of a prepaid stay, the refusal by the person renting the room to undergo the activities described in § points 1 to 3 of the Regulations is treated as a unilateral withdrawal from the contract with the Hotel. The Hotel does not refund costs due to unilateral withdrawal from the contract.

§5 The hotel stay

  1. Breakfasts are served in the breakfast room, either as a self-service buffet or served to the table by waiters, depending on the Hotel. Serving breakfast in the room is subject to an additional charge according to the price list.
  2. The curfew (quiet hours) applies in all hotel rooms and on the Hotel's premises from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  3. During quiet hours, guests and people using the Hotel's services are obliged to behave so as not to disturb other people's night rest in any way.
  4. At all times, the behaviour of Guests and other people staying at the Hotel may not disturb the peace and relaxation of other Guests. The Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to people who violate this rule.
  5. The Guest cannot provide the room to other people, even if the hotel day or stay he has paid for has not expired.
  6. Persons not registered to stay at the Hotel may be guests in hotel rooms from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
    If a person not registered for stay stays in the room after 10 p.m., it is tantamount to the Guest's willingness to add that person for a fee, equivalent to half the room price.
  7. Minors over thirteen years of age may stay in the Hotel alone only with the written consent of their legal guardians.
  8. Children under thirteen may stay in the Hotel only under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially and legally liable for damage caused by children under their care.
  9. At the beginning of the stay, the Guest must familiarize himself with the room equipment and report any damage or destruction to the reception, enabling the Hotel to respond. Damage, destruction, and shortages not reported at the beginning of the stay will be treated as the Guest's fault.
  10. Apart from slightly rearranging furniture and equipment that does not affect their functionality and safety of use, it is prohibited to:
    a) removing furniture, equipment and items constituting the Hotel's equipment from the building;
    b) removing furniture, equipment and elements constituting the room's equipment from the hotel room;
    c) changing the location of furniture, appliances and furnishings both in the room and in common areas and spaces;
    d) bringing and distributing any furniture, equipment, or accessories in the room - not standard equipment of the room, in particular:
    - travel beds, children's cots, mattresses, playpens, strollers, bicycles, scooters, and other sports, tourist or recreational equipment.
    In the event of a violation of the prohibition under point:- from a) to c) - the Guest will be charged the cost incurred by the Hotel to restore the original condition, using forces and means reasonable according to the Hotel;
    - d) The Guest will be charged a fee of half the standard room price for each commenced day in which the violation of the prohibition occurred.
  11. The hotel reception must agree to change the furniture arrangement in the room.
  12. The Guest is financially and legally responsible for any damage to the Hotel's equipment or technical devices resulting from his or her fault or that of persons visiting him. For damage caused by the Guest, the Hotel has the right to charge the Guest's payment card after his departure.
  13. The Guest is obliged to notify the reception about the damage immediately after noticing it.
  14. For smoking guests, the Hotel provides a smoking lounge.
    Therefore, smoking tobacco products, e-cigarettes and the like is strictly prohibited in all rooms and the Hotel premises, including windows, rooms and bathrooms.
  15. If it is necessary to air the room, do extra laundry, or clean the equipment - the Hotel will add PLN 700 to the Guest's bill for these works.
  16. In a situation where, as a result of the Guest's action or inaction, it is necessary to perform above-standard cleaning of the room, bathroom or other Hotel premises or to use above-standard tools, materials or cleaning products - the Hotel will charge the Guest the costs of such cleaning.
  17. The Hotel is located in a historic building from 1887, which has a partly wooden structure. For reasons of fire safety, open fire in any form anywhere inside the building and devices that are not standard room equipment, except chargers and power supplies for electronic equipment, are strictly prohibited.
  18. The "Please do not disturb" door knob hanger tag is a courtesy and does not bind the Hotel. Hanging a "Please do not disturb" sign on the doorknob from the corridor side does not prevent any staff from entering the Guest's room. Hotel staff have the right to enter the hotel room at any time for any purpose, including to check the safety of persons or property or to carry out maintenance or repairs.
  19. When leaving the room, the Guest is obliged to turn off the TV, light, and water taps, close the room windows and doors, and make sure that they are closed.
  20. The Hotel is not liable for damage or loss of the Guest's belongings caused by the Guest's failure to comply with the recommendations of point 19.
  21. The Hotel's liability for loss or damage to items brought by a guest to the Hotel is regulated by the provisions of Art. 846-849 of the Civil Code. The Hotel's liability is limited if these items are not deposited at the reception desk. The Hotel has the right to refuse to accept money, securities and valuable items for safekeeping, particularly valuables and items of scientific or artistic value if they pose a threat to safety or are too valuable to the size or standard of the Hotel or take up too much space.
  22. If the Guest cuts short his stay at the Hotel, the Hotel does not refund costs due to the Guest's unilateral withdrawal from the contract.
  23. The housekeeping regulations of selected spaces, zones, and rooms regulate guests' behaviour and are components of the Hotel's housekeeping regulations.

§6 Things left behind

  1. For the items left in the room, after the Guest leaves, the Hotel will behave according to the Guest's disposal in the 'Guest Card' done when starting the stay at the Hotel.
  2. An item left in the room, to which the Guest's decision is subject to the provisions on lost property, may be sent back by the Hotel to the address indicated by the Guest at the Guest's expense.
  3. Concerning the Guest's belongings removed from the room, by §2 points 6 of the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, articles 835-845, apply to the storage agreement.

§7 Cars and vehicles

  1. The hotel is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest parked in unguarded paid or free parking spaces next to the hotel building (Article 846, paragraph 4 of the Civil Code).
  2. The hotel is not responsible for items left in a car or vehicle parked in the hotel parking lot.

§8 More arrangements

  1. On days of special events at the Hotel, for safety reasons, the Hotel reserves the right to limit guests' freedom of movement and use of the Hotel's facilities.
  2. The Hotel does not provide foreign currency exchange services. The Hotel may accept payment in a foreign currency, at the exchange rate and only in the currency shown in the table at the Reception.
  3. On the premises of the Hotel is strictly prohibited to:
    a) acquisition, door-to-door and occasional sales,
    b) gambling activities.
  4. The Hotel accepts small dogs or cats in selected rooms for an additional fee. The Hotel accepts pets following the Pet Stay Regulations available at the Reception.
  5. It is strictly forbidden to bring and be animals into the hotel restaurant, except service dogs, upon presentation of the dog certificate in case of doubts by the hotel staff.
  6. Weapons, ammunition, flammable, pyrotechnic, explosive, illumination, and other dangerous materials are prohibited to be brought to the hotel building.
  7. The "Equipment and replacement price list" supplements these regulations and is available at the Hotel Reception upon request.

The Regulations are valid from February 2, 2024.
